At the end of 2015, its workforce comprised 1,600 professionals.

In order to prepare its employees for the challenges of the Brazilian industry of electric power transmission, encouraging continuous learning and valuing contributions to business growth, ISA CTEEP conducts training and educational programs, including education, training and professional qualification. The Company offers to its employees three programs in place to keep the flow of internal labor qualification and create opportunities for inserting young people in the labor market - Apprentice and Intern; training: and Senatec, for technical training. In total, 92 students participated in the programs in 2015.

The program of inclusion for people with disabilities, deployed in 2008, has had the participation of 64 professionals. The initiative seeks to promote and facilitate access to job opportunities, professional development, and training, valuing diversity based on the basic principles of rights.
